Sufran Bass

Activity Director

As Activity Director, I find immense joy in planning and organizing meaningful activities that enrich the lives of our residents. Every event and program is thoughtfully designed to not only entertain but to provide opportunities for connection, engagement, and personal growth. My background as a retired music teacher has given me the tools to incorporate music in creative and impactful ways, whether through sing-alongs, music therapy, or interactive performances. Music has a unique ability to evoke memories, lift spirits, and create shared experiences, and I strive to use it to engage residents in ways that resonate with their individual preferences and needs.

It’s a privilege to witness firsthand how these activities bring joy, spark conversations, and foster a sense of community. Whether it’s through group events, individual moments of discovery, or shared laughter, I am constantly reminded of the profound impact these programs have. Seeing the smiles on their faces and knowing that I’ve helped create a space where residents feel valued and connected is incredibly rewarding. Every day is an opportunity to make a difference, and I am grateful to play a role in enhancing their quality of life.
